Aubusson Rugs and Tapestry Deliveries within Australia

Aubusson rugs and tapestries take 2-3 months to make.You will be notified when your piece has been completed and the estimated time of delivery.

Overseas Deliveries:
Antoinette Needlepoint happily delivers cushion gifts, Aubusson rugs and tapestries overseas upon request. Delivery expectations and freight costs will be confirmed prior to processing your order.

If your order includes out of stock items, you will be notified by email or phone before your order is confirmed RETURN POLICY


		Antoinette Needlepoint stands by its products 100%. If for any reason you believe there is a manufacturing defect with a piece, please contact us within two weeks for a refund or exchange If for some reason you are not happy with your cushion or oil painting purchase, a refund or exchange is happily given. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept pieces that have been damaged or soiled. If your piece has been damaged in any way through the delivery process, please call Antoinette Needlepoint on 08 99731117 and we will arrange for the piece to be returned and a replacement organised. .
